The person first listened to what I wanted.Then he explained everything and the situation that the floor was in. Lastly he finished the job professionally and I would really recommend the person to friends and family. Other companies told me they could not fix the floor and I had to replace it but when he sanded the floor, and he stanied it the floor look so so good i love it. It was the best thing ever thank you.
