      Silly me. I am a die heart DIY'er, casement windows not opening, closing or locking. Me www.youtube.com how to. Google parts, in they come, off I go. Shall I say more? if giving this review does not tell you what happened next. Then let me explain, screw driver in hand, pop out a few screws, before you know it, casement window gone from 2nd floor concrete in a blink of an eye and moronic me tried to hold it from falling, voice in my head let go before you follow, wife in background you iDDddiottttttt!!!!! to save a few dollars, broke sash, shattered all the glass and bent operators.

      Called lots of glass companies, all were as clueless as me or more, till I reached Del at Dedicated Glass, he called his dad, before you know it, they show up and within 4 hours she was good as new.

      Got myself great crew who worked great together and I got a comedy show as they were funny as heck with one other, sheepishly me knew I better enjoy the banter because the minute those guys walk I out I knew what I was in for with the wifey.

      Apparently I was not the first DIYer idiot out there, so they tell me. Perhaps to lessen the bruised ego? dedicatedglass.com
