If you are reading this, I assume you are in horror that your child has lice like mine did. You are surfing the web trying to decide which Head Lice Removal Service to use. Unfortunately, I have been in your shoes. And unfortunately, I made the mistake of calling DE-LICE-U-NOW. Let me cut to the chase: RUN, RUN, RUN from this place! The owner STACI HANDELMAN is a Big Pain in the Kazoo. She is rigid beyond belief, righteous, self important, and unaccountable. STACI HANDELMAN certainly should not be running any type of business. The overall DE-LICE-U-NOW customer service is horrible. They're 'Secret Weapon Lice Pricing' is a BAIT-AND-SWITCH-SCAM. They were able to correct our Head Lice Problems and TOTALLY MISLEAD US ABOUT THEIR 'GUARANTEE' and 'REIMBURSEMENT POLICY'. Plus, they use up-sell scare tactics to PUSH PRODUCTS NOONE EVEN NEEDS!!! Head lice can't even survive on furniture! Simply throw your sheets, etc. in the dryer for 40 min on high and it will all be taken care of. The whole DE-LICE-U-NOW Head Lice Treatment Service in South Florida is A COMPLETE SCAM!!!!
