I had all the carpet in the house cleaned today by Fiber Dry personnel and it looks bright and beautiful as always when they clean my carpet. They have been taking care of my carpet since 2005 so you know I am highly satisfied. They are so careful with moving things out of the way and so professional. There is no long waiting time to walk on the carpet and it's never wet and soggy. I highly recommend Fiber Dry.

Great work on my tile on Saturday. I promised the tech if it dried well I'd leave a good review. He was pretty insistent that I call in if there were any problems. Luckily, it dried just fine and everything is beautiful. It's pretty amazing that they care about their customers enough to insist they call if there is a problem. Usually the guarantee is hidden in fine print on the invoice (if it's even there).

Great Local Company!Fiber Dry just came out to my place, and I had to write a review letting everyone know what a positive experience I had. I have used them many times over the years and have never been disappointed. However, I've never written a review for them before. This last experience convinced me it's time to let everyone know just how great Fiber Dry is at what they do. They are fast, professional, thorough, and friendly. What more could you ask for in a cleaning company? Fiber Dry has and will continue to be my cleaning company of choice! You should make them yours too!

We needed a down to earth company who consisted of easy to work with people. First we tried to rent a Rug Machine from the supermarket, but we will never try that again..... To make a long story short, the people at Fiber Dry were really good to us. The prices were surprisingly competitive and the service was seamless. Onetime, Professional, Confirmation call, Follow up thank you call, Ect, Ect...... WOW. Very cool guys. Plus we only live in a 1 bed apt but they still seemed to treat us as a very valuable customer. I was incredibly impressed with Fiber Dry's service. Most importantly, my carpets look fantastic. The cleaning really brought them back to life. And as the mother of a one year old who is still crawling, I really appreciated the fact that they only use non-toxic cleaning products. Also, the whole process was incredibly easy. I was able to get an appointment within a day or two of calling. The technician was on-time, polite, professional, and fast. He cleaned two carpets in an hour and they were dry 2 hours later. I highly recommend them and will use them again
