They advertised new trucks; however, the day of my move the truck broke down before they arrived to my placed which put me 5 hours behind schedule. They only had one other truck which was already in use. Only two people showed up, one was supervising the other so only one was really moving my furniture. Not only we started extremely late but also what was estimated to be done in 4 hrs took 10 hrs and only because I had have enough, pay them and dismissed them. I know an estimate is just that "an estimate of time and costs" but its ridiculous to pay twice as much because of their negligence and incompetence. As you can imagine at the end of the day I was frustated, angry and exhausted from having to help them loading/unloading and putting my furniture back together. I do not recommend and will never use them again.
