Assessments" DANKEV Environmental founded by Jack Siegel, a licensed professional geologist in both Georgia and Florida and has over 25 years of environmental consulting experience. Mr. Siegel has conducted and managed numerous Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) for national and regional banks, private investment groups, law firms and, other consult firms representing the same. Properties investigated include large tract developments, multi-family housing, office parks, strip centers, gas stations/C-Stores, dry cleaners, commercial, manufacturing, and industrial facilities in the Southeast.
