Do not use this company. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They have been to our home 5 times and our furnace still doesn't work. There have been no problems until they came. Told us the burning smell was nothing. Had to replace the entire motor after that advice, came late, cancelled appointments, sent inept technicians, didn't have parts. Then the relay went out. I am convinced they broke parts to come back to replace them. $1000 later back from vacation and system doesn't work. The unit is only 7 years old. They are the absolutely worst, crooks and I am contacting the BBB.
