We had a great experience with Critter Control. We had a raccoon tear holes in our roof. They did a thorough inspection and set traps to catch the pesky critter. Overnight they were successful and patched up the entry within the week. We have been critter-free since and the repairs are guaranteed for one year. Yeah. I will recommend them to anyone.

Awful experience. Touts their "humanity" but left two trapped squirrels on our roof for 24 hours until they died from the heat (despite numerous calls requesting they get the squirrels out) then charged more than we agreed to. We paid them to patch the entrance but additional squirrels returned a short time later. Sent a letter to corporate complaining about our experience, but two years later am still waiting for a response.
