This is the worst service for landline service. They set up my phone almost a week ago and I still don't have a mailbox or voice mail. I have been calling every day and when I talk to one person, they transfer me to somebody else. When I talk to that person, they transfer me back to the first person. Everyone I have talked to doesn't seem to know what they are doing. I will have to cancel because of no voicemail.
We rely on On Demand service and find they have absolutely the worst line up. Nothing available from the main networks and not much selection from the premium channels. Thinking of changing. I am being kind in giving it the second star rating.
This company sucks! I use them because I have to and they go and cancel my appointment for today from noon to 2:00 at 930 this morning because of a system glitch that happened Friday! Apparently all spots got canceled but they conveniently are already booked up! Their only availability is December 1st! This is bullshit! Don't go with consolidated if you don't have to!!!
This is the only service available where i live. It is awful. I pay more than I did with comcast or verizon. And the cable doesnt offer on demand for regular tv shows. Also, my internet has frozen on me more this week than 2 years with Comcast.
Poor service with fiber optic. TV pixilates for hours every evening starting around 10 pm. About every week, there's a complete reboot of TV and internet in every room receiving service (no service for hours). After that happens, we lose access to On Demand for premium stations and have to wait for customer service to contact "the engineers" to get it back (at least two days).Also, the other reviewer is correct, new termination charges, never before discussed, appear when you threaten to cancel.They also make no apologies for all the incoveniences. I wish I never called them in the first place.
This company has very poor technology. We never could get the cable to work correctly. After many tech. calls, they were never able to solve our connection issues. Then, they start talking about verbal contracts that never took place and extra $150 charges. Beware of this company.
