I'm am writing this review to try to save all of you the pain and suffering that I went through with this company. The owner's name is Barb Baker, she took over her husband's company when he hurt his back. She doesn't have a clue what she is doing, she use to work for J C Penneys, how could she know anything about concrete. She will give a good sales talk and convince you that she does but I am telling you that she doesn't. She will lie to you with lies that you can't even believe she would try on you. Their company use to have another name (BFD Contracting) and they had to change it because they had so many law suits against them. You can look them up on Mo. Case Net. She gave us a great sales pitch and then told us that she would give us a break on the cost so we went with her. BIG MISTAKE! She uses the cheapest materials possible so that must be how she can get the price lower than anyone else. We were told by several businesses that she deals with that they won't extend her credit because she doesn't pay her bills. She also has trouble paying her employees. She has commercials on TV but don't be caught up in her sales pitch and pictures because that is not what you will get. You have been warned.
