To bad there is only a 5 star rating because I would give a 7. I had a water heater that broke and leaked all over my basement. I sent a service request from there website for immediate service and the plumber (Mike) showed up. He was very courteous, skilled, and professional. He did a great job. They actually gave me a credit for taking my bad water heater. THEY PAID ME. 10 off to take my old water heater. They are "the environmentally friendly plumber" and they recycle every recyclable parts they can. I was amazed by the way this company operates It's like no other. They also told me they donate 3% from every service call to a charitable organization. They give you 3 to choose from. 1 word for this company AWSOME

We had a gas leak, so columbia gas shut off our service. Told us to call a plumber to have it fixed. We had a hot water tank and a gas stove. So we called around to about 10 different companies got outrageous quotes ranging from $600 - $2000.00 then we called them (columbus plumbing) they dispatched someone 15 minutes later they show up fixed it for $125.00 all I can say is WOW THANK YOU SO MUCH.

Very fast service, Very helpful, they came to my house at 1:30 in the morning, when I woke up to the sound of water running I go into the bathroom to see water every where. My toilet water line split open and was flooding my upstairs. They walked me through turning off the water over the phone until someone showed up about a half hour later. THANK YOU SO MUCH. They even helped me clean up the water. They are awesome I recommend them to everyone.
