Had an appointment after 4pm - my husband left work early to be here and NO ONE showed up. The dispatcher Wendy had confirmed that the tech was on his way. Tried to page the after hour service - no call back. Tried to call the next day cannot get a hold of anyone. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
