After 48 hours, I am still seeking satisfaction with a diagnosis for my car. I have called 4 times, my wife 2, and with every assurance that we would get a call, we've had to take the initiative. Horrible customer service from Clark's. I might let them do the towing, but I won't ever let them do the work again.
