I called about trouble with my door and left a message. I waited a few days before calling another company that responded quickly and resolved my issue. I guess it was good that it was not an emergency. I never did hear from this company.

I contacted Mr. Clark about my inoperable garage door and he said he would be at my home at 2 PM. He arrived on time and found a broken tension spring. He replaced both of them at a very good price...much less than I expected to pay. The installation took less that 45 minutes and the door works perfectly. If you need repairs to your garage door, don't hesitate, call him!

Outstanding, they showed up the same day and on time and I did not have to help them! 2 men only 25 minutes to complete. Very polite and even gave me a VA and senior discount. Highly recommend

Fast and quality service. I called in the morning for an appointment to replace the torsion springs in my garage. They serviced it the same day. They were very courteous and friendly. It took 2 men only 30 minutes to complete the work. On top of all that, their rate was very reasonable. Oh, and like the previous reviewer mentioned,they also lubricated my garage door free of charge. I highly recommend Clark Overhead Doors!

Excellent service - my car was trapped inside and they rushed my installation within one week. From the sales to the scheduling and installation can not be beat. The installers were efficient, courteous and very polite. The office staff were cheery even at 7am!! This company is the best - I love my new door!
