I called 3:30 on a Friday. Their overview says they do jump starts, fix flats, etc. I have a flat tire and so i asked if they did roadside assistance. The girl says "hold on a minute," comes back to the phone and says "no we don't." Well, it just so happens it's an unusually beautiful day today (about 75 degrees out on April 24th), so maybe they're just not doing roadside assistance *today." Jerks!
