He ruined our stairway carpet by seaming it every 2 stairs, it wasn't tight and he didn't make the patterns line up. He chipped our woodwork and cut the carpet for our stairs on one of our area rugs thus leaving razorblade lines in our area rug. He came to install stairway carpet & we were left with 2 ruined carpets. Nice.
