      Prepare commercial cooking vents, hoods and ducts for general cleaning. Extract and remove caked on grease and carbon from ventilation kitchen hood areas. Remove debris left after cleaning. Inspect and report any areas of concern before and after completion. Walk contractor through upon completion. Take before and after photos of contracted work at job site. Indicate possible repairs or worn parts to business owners.
