I like Chilis. The service is great and the food is good... Usually. My recent experience involved fantastic service from my server. She was great. The atmosphere, however, was less than airy. Most everyone including the manager seemed depressed. As a former server I understand how some days can be. I look over this after the food. I ordered a 6 oz. sirloin medium rare. When the steak made it to me, it was well done. I can understand I it was medium well or medium but well done and completely dry is completely ridiculous. Stick to Logan's for your steaks.
