We just enrolled my son in the Childrens Lighthouse daycare in stone oak as of 2/29/2016 the past two weeks have been the hardest for us. 1st day starting at Childrens Lighthouse They never informed us on how to work the apps tadpoles or the watch me grow app. Did not let us know about finger print scanning till his 1st day of school. In his first week at the Childrens Light house I watched my son and other children be ignored when they fell. Watched him be excluded from all the other children multiple times. they fed him meat when he is on a no meat diet. My son also came home on 3/3/16 with a big scratch (golf ball size) on his right leg. The next day i asked if they knew what happened and mrs. Kims response was that he had that when he first started. I corrected her and told her no it was new and fresh. She responded that she knew nothing about it. 3/7/2016 i proceeded to take my son to school worrying if he was going to be okay? i watched my son in his classroom online and watched the teachers faces be stuck in either the ipads or in papers while children ran, fell and the teachers paying no attention. Tuesday 3/8/2016 i watched they sat my son all by himself at a back table. Which rubbed me the wrong way. So i called and asked if he was in timeout Mrs kim said no he was walking around. (Not what i saw) i continued to tell her happy birthday and asking about the birthday celebration that the class was having on Wednesday for her 3/9/2016. I asked what they were going to be doing she said they were going to have goodies and cake but that since my son couldnt have cake that he would just have other snacks. I asked why couldn't my son have cake? She replied that isn't he allergic to milk? I said no. She quickly corrected herself saying that she got my son and another boy that started the same week confused. Which shouldn't happen in the first place, it could end up with someone badly hurt.
On thursday 3/10/2016 i got a call from his school that landon had gotten bit on the arm because he took his friends toy. I was glad they called and glad that they saw it happen and was paying attention, there was improvement. I started watching the camera at 4:35pm when i saw my son sitting on his knees in the chair, the children in a circle and the teacher facing my son starring at him. He fell backwards and hit his back and the back of his head. I can see him in the video screaming and crying and the teacher stayed sitting in her chair starring at him. All she did was put one arm out to grab his hand and he couldnt even reach her. My heart dropped and I was in total shock. When i got there emily pulled me and my husband into her office and as i was speechless and crying my husband was very upset but asked her what was going to be done about this. Emily told us that the teacher that saw it all happen and did nothing was going to get written up, and was also yelled at. On friday 3/11/2016 i was on the camera at the right time once again when i see the teacher doing anything but what us parents pay them to do. Kids were fighting and my son was eating out of the trash. As i watched the camera my son continued to eat the pizza out the trash till it was down to the crust when she finally took it away. It was the end of the day and Me and my husband went to go pick up our son when we got him he was covered in boogers as he was everyday that we got him. I felt a large bump on the top of my sons head. Again no one new anything.
We pay $202 a week and along with a $50 supply fee and a registration/holdong fee of $100. So a total of $554.00
That is the money that i have put in the past two weeks that my son was there.

This is not a business of integrity. We were very dissatisfied with how they have no concern for our childs safety. The owner and director have instructed their teachers to lie to parents or not report it if they have been hurt or injured.
