Broke down in Lawton and had no idea what to do. The tow truck driver recommended a mechanic that had me back on the road with no charge in less than an hour. What outstanding and friendly service!

ast night my son had an accident, and checker wrecker was called. the driver did not interact with us what so ever, just with the police officers. later as I was trying to get info from my insurance company about the towing and where to take the car, the driver just left with our car without permission or telling us where it was going. we got the wrecker info from the police and called to find out about the car and to complain about the lack of permission and interaction. the dispatcher was very argumentative and not helpful. they stated they didn t care or that they did not have to interact with us, but we could get our car after paying cash for the vehicle. the police officers at the scene and in the station the next day stated that the wrecker driver did not follow usual protocol for these situations. I called the owner only to get the same argumentative and non-caring responses from the owner. he also accused me and my family of lying about the whole situation and that his driver did interact with us, despite the fact that the owner was not at the scene. again, he simply stated he didn t have to do anything and we could get our car thru paying cash at their lot, and they would not and could not bill the insurance any other way. I would highly recommend never using this company due to the lack of caring or concern for their customers or for how they interacted with lack of permission or protocols in my situation.

I see their trucks all over town and I can see why, they are a very nice and professional company, I would use them over and over. When my Jaguar broke down they were able to get to me quickly and the nice clean truck made me alot more comfortable knowing they would be able to accommodate me and my car without worry of damage!
