HORRIBLE!!!



Rickshaw driver from this company ran into the rear and side of my vehicle while I was at a complete stop! There were 2 passengers on the rickshaw, who luckily did not get hurt. I wish I could say the same for my vehicle!!!!!!!!!!



The driver, who was clearly at fault, was very rude and inconsiderate! While attached to my vehicle he started making excuses that the rickshaw's are difficult to stop. No apology given!



Owners asked me to not go through their insurance company and promised to pay for my vehicle repairs. I agreed. After receiving my quote, I was informed that it was too high and they would only pay to fix my taillight. Never mind any of the other damage. Wow! Horrible experience dealing with this company!

I didn't even get past the phone e call.. I asked them if they could take me from where I am to the hospital and he quickly said we only serve the downtown area and then hung up. However he didn't say they only served downtown until I said where I was going ...so rude
