I hate roof rats and they(Chapman) were very agressive in getting rid of them. Once they were gone they sealed up the entry points, Thank You very much.

These guys are the best! We had a horrible scorpion problem for years. Went through all the big names in town, spending thousands of dollars trying to get rid of them. Every company promised they would get rid of them, but they never did. My wife and I were stung multiple times, as well as our baby. We had just about given up, and were about to sell our house. A friend recommended we give Chapman a call first. Best call we ever made. They came out the same day, checked our home out, and treated it immediately. They also recommended we have our home sealed. We scheduled the service and they came out a few days later and sealed our home. Before Chapman came out we were seeing at least one scorpion in our home per day, and very often three or four. After Chapman...we have not seen ONE scorpion in or outside of our home. They come out once a month a spray our home and property. These guys managed to fix what everyone else basically ripped us off trying to fix. Thanks Chapman!
