      I used another company who misdignosed my unit. After calling Jones & Jones they were so help for and very nice. They fixed my unit the first time. I was very impressed by their service tech. supper nice guy and very knoledgeable. Will def call again. Sue

      Does not stand by their work. They did a very bad job and because they were the ones that I kept calling every time I was not aware of the problem. I finally called in an AUTHORIZED dealer for my unit and they found issues that were caused by bad installation of the unit. First they claimed they were an authorized dealer--when I told them I checked they backed off that claim. Their integrity is to be questioned. Poor workmanship and not truthful--BEWARE!!
