These guys are horrible. The people that call you (all false alarms) aren't local and have no idea what's going on nor can they follow simple instructions. I finally told them to just cancel my contract and they called and said they would bill me for another year till the end of my contract. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I cancelled my credit card and then they started billing me and threatening to send me to collections. Since when does a contract give a company the right to provide horrible service and then keep you hostage to their company?
