Lang is the Cadillac (possibly even more like Mercedes Benz) of HVAC companies on Hilton Head Island. So, if you enjoy buying the top of the line and paying premium prices for the privilege, then this is your company. Make no mistake, they are good at what the do, but they apparently have every service person on a commission bonus plan. This means every time they service my unit, which they installed, (at what I later figured out to be a 30% premium to the going price) they try to up sell me something. Electro-static filter, UV Light, etc... Again, if you do not mind paying the highest price for the very best, this is you company. However, if money is factor in your decision, don't waste your time.. Lang is NOT a price performer.
