Bob Case has been performing inspections in the Denver/Boulder area since 1996. After leaving Stanford University in 1971, he became involved in residential and commercial construction for the next twenty-five years. He was employed by the Sutherland Lumber Company for four years and was involved in the construction of six lumberyard and retail store installations. After substantial training and certification by the Inspectech Corporation, Bob began performing inspections on his own. Case Inspection Services, Inc. was founded in March 1997 and has grown steadily since the beginning. Bob is a member of the American Society of Home Inspectors and is constantly involved in continuing education in the related disciplines. Bob is an active member of the national chapter of ASHI and the Rocky Mountain Chapter of ASHI. As of January of 2017, Case Inspection Services began ONLY doing rental license and SmartRegs inspections for residental property owners in the City of Boulder.
