Our walls needed wallpaper removal because they were dated. Cascade Painting and Restoration told us that since the wallpaper was sound, they could seal it, fix a few things, and then texture and paint over it. The results were great, and their paint job looks fantastic. We were very pleased.
We needed to find a painter in Portland when we bought a house here before moving. After some research we found Cascade Painting and Restoration. Aside from doing very good painting for us, they also repaired drywall and matched texture. Highly recommended. Joanna.

Cascade Painting and Restoration came in after we had a fire. They did wall and ceiling repair in the kitchen, and then painted our whole interior. The results were great!. The insurance only paid for a little of the exterior, so we had them paint the rest. Great preparation and results. Good company
Cascade asked for customers to send in reviews, and I'm happy to do so. My family, (brother and sister) have had them paint our houses, starting about 20 years ago. We had water damage that affected a numer of ceilings in our house. Cascade Painting and Restoration repaired the ceilings, (the texture match was great--you couldn't see any difference in texture). They then painted them well. Since then. we've had them paint the exterior. They did excellent prep, caulking, priming etc. and I feel the job will last a very long time. After a winter snowstorm filled our attic with snow, melted, and came thru our ceilings, Carl's company, Cascade, was sent by our insurance company for the restoration and painting after the needed demolition and cleanup. We couldn't have been more satisfied, especially considering the number of other jobs that must have been pending. Carl arrived promptly, assessed what needed to be done, and had his work crew on site within a couple of days. The workers arrived on time, worked carefully and artistically when restoring drywall, and had to paint the entire 10/12 ft ceilings throughout the entire first floor to match. At one point during one of Carl's personal visits to observe, he actually redid a small portion of a patch in the kitchen ceiling himself that wasn't to his standards.This first experience with Cascade was particularly relieving as we had been in the new home a short while and I can say that Cascade left the home in better condition than the builder did. We have had Carl and his crew work in our home on several different occasions. Cascade painted the exterior of our house several years ago and will have them do it again. They were neat and thorough. Carl has also done some ceiling repair work for us after a water leak. The most recent work was done last summer. He repaired an old water damage patch and the result is seamless. His crew also painted our family room/kitchen, hallway and den. This job was done last summer in conjunction with a kit/family room remodel. We had four different paints plus the trim and doors. Excellent work and reasonable pricing. Cascade is very flexible and easy to work with. I would not hesitate to recommend them and we will definitely use Cascade again.
