Great Customer Service and dependable towing services

Absolutely the WORST!! The horribel girl in the front office thinks she is God of the towing world! She has no class and no customer service skills. She quoted me wrong over the phone then failed to mention a bunch of additional charges I would have to pay. Then didn't tell me that if I come after 6pm you have to pay extra for them to pull your car 20 feet even though they say they are open 24hrs!! Oh, and don't question the prices because she thinks she so above you and basically can threaten you by holding your car and calling the police!!!! This pimply faced little girl thinks she can bully you because she has your car! I am floored that this tow company lets there office staff treat PAYING customers with threats of the police over and over and won't even listen to your concerns! If you can't handle your job without involving the police than get out of the tow business because you need to learn how to handle customers that might not always agree with you! So put your big girl pants on and handle it like a professional! You wouldn't want to meet these people you treat like sh@t and act with tough when your not behind a wall and a window!! Karma is always around the corner.. Oh and yeah I would give CARSON TOW a MINUS 5 STARS but you have to put at least one star to be able to write a review.

They lack integrity and professionalism.. Do NOT go there! Stay clear..

Drivers are so amazing!!! My first driver (I'm bad with names) was Saturday night real late. I thought I just needed my car jumped but it still wouldn't start. He had another vehicle on his truck that he needed to drop off before he could load up my car. He was so quick to get back and pick my car and I up. We loaded up and got in his truck. Kid you not, I wished I lived further away so I could of spent more time talking with him in his truck! Imagine that. When we got to my place he did the impossible, he was able to get my car off of his flatbed and secured it in its tight little parking spot!! Again, it was Saturday night and really late. This man made me feel safe! XoxoMonday I had to get it towed to the shop. My driver then was so funny and talkative. He educated me on towing and things to remember in the future. I was worried my warranty wouldn't be where the dealership wanted it to be and he told me not to worry and that when he got to the dealership he was going to take my warrany, and key into the service shop and tell them my car was there. Both exceptional men went above and beyond the call of duty!!!

Do not use this towing company at all. I called this company several times. To see if my car was there. They said no. When, I have proof from the police department. I also have NHP numbers to prove my car is there. So why can't they tell me my car is in their lot. Oh gee, probably so they can make more money daily.

When my truck slid sideways down a very steep hill, they performed a very difficult recovery with such skill that my vehicle suffered no damage whatsoever. They responded promptly, got the job done quickly, charged a very fair price, and did this on a Saturday when they could have been fishing!! They get my highest rating!!! Robert in Washoe Valley
