Let me say this. I got 4 bids for my gutters and roof. This company was the highest of the 4 bids., but they seemed to be the most professional (on the surface). They came out promptly and seemed very professional. Unfortunately this was all just an illusion of professionalism. When we spoke about actually doing the job he said on Monday "We will come out at the end of the week". He also stated that "I would need to be home to put my dogs up". So I asked him to call me ahead of time so someone could be home. I took off Thursday and my wife took off from work on Friday to make sure someone would be home. Well Thursday came and went no call no show. I called Friday morning first thing and left a message. Awhile later he called back and stated that "hey, I was just about to call you!". He then proceeded to give me a sob story about his employees being out sick, cant get anyone else to come in, ect...ect...ect... I asked him why he had not called me ahead of time to tell me of scheduling, his reply was " I was just going to call you". I then advised him that I took two days out of work to make sure someone was home, and he said "thats not his problem!" He then became rude and belligerent on the phone and started yelling. I told him mid sentence while he was screaming at me, Thanks I will find another contractor. So if you can afford to lose work and like sob stories and getting nothing for it and want to pay more for your gutters and roof call this guy!!!!
