I wish I could rate lower than one star. Care Medical has NEVER called me unless it was regarding money, which they have had of mine on time and in full. I, however, have no product -- yet. I was measured for a power chair in November of 2011. It is now almost May of 2012 ... five months later and still counting. I am totally incapacitated without this chair and have explained so to them on numerous occasions. Excuses are all I get in return. My health has suffered as a consequence of the of negligence of Care Medical of Portland, Oregon, and would not recommend them to anyone with a physical need.
