A precise detailed drawing is provided to the customer but more importantly to the liner manufacturer to ensure a proper wrinkle free fit of your new swimming pool liner with the custom pattern and color you have personally chosen.

I have no idea how William M or ghostwriter1 could have anything negative to say about this company. The work they do is outstanding, they go above and beyond to make the customer happy and to ensure the customer is knowledgeable about their pool. At no time was anyone rude, instead quite the opposite, they were always professional and hard working and the end result is that my pool looks better than it ever did, it is stunning. I am a VERY satisfied customer as are several of my neighbors who used this company as well.
Called for a $3-4k repair. Guy said Cardinal Pool. I asked for service. He said "what do you want". I asked, Do I have the right person? He hung up.
Are you kidding me? Glad I got this service b/c I am sure it is a sign on what would have been.
First phone call very nice person and informative. Called back to see if he had looked at my pool and what he thought and he was very very rude and said he was going to pass on it. When asked "why" he became iritated and said like I said I am not interested and going to pass on it and hung up on me. 0 stars What has happened to businesses in this country? No one wants to work! This is an obvious company I would not do business with in the future!
I would like to apologize if ghostwriter1 felt I was rude, but during the first phone call the pool owner informed me he wanted a cheap, quick fix as he was selling his house. The last coat of paint was applied by another pool company only 2 years ago and is already peeling off. I NEVER submitted a proposal of any kind as I did not want to compromise my integrity by lowering my standards in applying paint I knew would not bond, just to temporarily cover inferior workmanship in order to sell a house. Passing on the job was not “rude” but was the most professional thing I knew to do.
This day and age it's hard to trust people. I had 3 bids for work that needed to be done. Cardinal was the middle bid. I LOVE my back yard now. They do fantastic work. Even called for a follow up to make sure I was happy. My son was so pleased that he also went with Cardinal for his pool repair work, and that job was a lot bigger than mine. They, too, are extremely pleased with the work. I highly recommend Cardinal.
