I agree with the 2 previous reviews. Dennis was fantastic and took time to help me figure out where the leak on my roof was without recommending expensive and unecessary work. I had tried 3 contractors prior to Capital Roofing and they all ended up doing work that didn't fix a persistent leak. In fact the last contractor actually made the leak worse. I would have no hesitation recommending Capital Roofing, they did the job the right way first time. I felt I could trust them after our initial conversation and this was borne out by the excellent repair work and service I received during the course of work.

These guys are excellent. Very courteous, will to negotiate. Started my job in Jersey City (compete tear-off and re-roof) and completed within the quoted timeframe. Workmen were very focused, no time was wasted, and did not cut corners. In addition I have their written warranty. I unhesitatingly recommend their services.

After getting at least 5 other quotes, this was not the lowest but Dennis seemed to be the most honest. I felt that I could immediately trust him. Unlike the other companies, he insisted on getting up on the roof and checking it. Speaking with the office staff, Laurel, was like having a conversation with a good friend. She was always friendly and knew everything there was to know about roofing. All my questions were immediately answered with very little wait time. As for the people they have working for them, they were terrific. Very friendly and listened when I had questions. One of the men was a former cable company employee and was able to re-align my satellite dish without me having to call them. All of this and no pressure to make payments at certain times. I would HIGHLY recommend Capitol Roofing for any roofing job.
