Run away. They will try to steal your car and hold it as ransom. Even if you don't call them, they will show up and "help.". If you don't pay, they will attempt to tow your car (even if it runs) for payment that you don't own them. Call someone else.

I found myself needing assistance in the wee hours of the morning this past weekend. I couldn't have asked for a friendlier, more professional company to deal with. From the phone call letting me know that help was on the way to the driver it was a very positive experience. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and professional.
