      6 of us had rented a van from National in Middltown, Ohio To travel 2 weeks in. On August 2, the transmission went out and being a Sunday, took National awhile to get someone to help. BRAD of Cal's Towing eventually arrived and after 3+ hours we were hot and thirtsy and tired but he was just great about putting the disableed van on his truck and delivering us one to proceed with. Even though we were grouchy, it was not his fault and he handled it like a professional - kuddos to him and put in his personnel file - Margaret Parsons from Texas
