      Provided floral arrangements, bouquets for weddings & Proms, for 25 yrs. + years. Enrolled in cake decorating classes, instructors were from the FoodTV network. Learned to work with all forms of sugar ie; buttercream, fondant, chocolate, gumpaste, gels, isomalt, airbrushing, sculpting, etc. Utilizing my artistic talents on cakes and florals. Creating elegant, classic cake and floral wedding packages. Saving my customers time and money .
