He does not stand by his word. I bought a refridgerator and dryer they both broke. He has not called. he came once said it needed a thermostat. He knows where I live and I've been to his business he still has not fixed either.

Very poor customer service bought washer and refrigerator a week ago the refrigerator stopped working I reported problem and made an appointment the repairman /owner missed the day he was supposed to come instead showed up next day unannounced proceeded to work then discovered he did not have the proper tool even though he was in a work van and on a service call how could he not have the proper tool? He then told me he would be back the next day,I told him this was not acceptable he then gave a lame excuse as to why he could not go the shop and get something proper to fix the problem we made arrangements,I had paid someone to be there and wait for him he never showed and when I had stopped be the store the manager the following day she said he tried to call me in which, he had not!! he straight up lied and said he had,I suspected he would try something like that so I even told him if he could not get me on the phone to come anyway there would be someone there,Very poor customer service

Poor customer service. I purchased an appliance that stopped working within two weeks. Made several attempts to contact the store to make repairs and the technician didn't show. I then went back store, and no one was there even though the store open sign was up. I would not recommend this store to anyone and will not be shopping there again. Rebecca

I first called this business , over 20 years ago to repair a dryer , they have always done quality work and they are very dependable and honest. Over the years I have called them for repair service or to purchase applinces. I'm in the market for a used refrigerator & stove and I am pleased to find out they are still in business. I am heading over there today. I always refer others to this business.

I bought a washer and dryer from them very good service worked like new only paid 150.00 will alwas come back
