My washing machine supply line broke (after I attempted to fix it and made the problem worse) I called C&R at 7:30pm on a Friday night. The technician was at my home by 11am the following morning. He took his time trying to save the part I broke, even though it was the day before the 4th of July, having no luck he had to order the part. Once the part came in he was back and the machine was fixed in minutes. He was fast curteous, professional and very friendly. I will always call C&R for all my appliance needs.
