We fix all wired and wireless networks * Get you back on the Internet * Squash viruses * Search out and destroy malicious software and spyware * Install anti-virus and anti-spyware software * Install and troubleshoot home, home-office and business networks * Help you to implement a backup program so you can still have all that important data when your hard drive crashes (darn them, why do they drive so hard? Isn't that what makes them crash?) * Ensure that you are protected and updated * Install software and upgrade your hardware when that cool new game won't run because you don't have enough something or other * Install hardware and figure out how to get that new gadget you had to have but your computer hates work * Troubleshoot error messages and other annoyances * Build computers that do windows (Microsoft Windows, and no dusting or vacuuming either!) * Teach you how to navigate your new set-up and have you e-mailing us bizarre jokes because you know we will appreciate them * Repair laptop LCD panels and dc jacks. We can also replace laptop keyboards when you spill something on them, and repair other laptop hardware * Sell custom-built computers that can leap tall buildings in a single bound (ok, maybe we're exaggerating, it's hard to jump when you don't have legs.)

Started using him probably 15 yrs ago and never considered trying anyone else. While my kids were growing up they were pretty hard on my computers. Steve was always able to help. I have and will continue to recommend his services. A few years ago we started our own corporation and Steve managed the startup and handles the tech support.

I've had Steve repair my laptop on numerous occasions. He's a computer doctor who makes house calls. Yes, that's right. He'll repair your computer at your home if possible. If not, he'll take it back and return it to you in a reasonable timeframe. I got an extra two years on my laptop before I was forced to purchase a new one. I wouldn't have anyone else touch my computer. I highly recommend Byte Me.
I live clear across the country (Oregon) to be precise, and have and will continue to use Steve's expertise when it comes to my computer(s). I appreciate that he kept me apprised of the status of progress on my computer, and always made sure I was happy with his service throughout the process. I highly recommend him to anyone with, from the smallest issue, to the "worst case scenario" issues.. because even in those cases, he works miracles. He's reasonable and honest, and in my case, very well worth the shipping.

I have been doing Business With Byte Me Computer Services for around 7 years now, and in that time I have had many a call into Steve the owner. He has always been prompt at returning calls and is a wealth of information. I would recommend his service to any one who has a computer or a web server..
Byte ME is very knowledgeable and professional company. They have helped me many times in the past with problems I was completely lost on. I would recommend them to anyone that needs help with computer problems.

Steve has always been there for me when I have needed help fixing my computer ....whether it be a win sock fix or just spyware ...he can do it all...and he gets the job done right the first time. Which in my book is a A+++
Steve has always been there for me when ever I have needed a part or a windows repair he has been able to guide me on how to fix it over the phone I live in MA. I always turn to him first before I call the geek squad.

Steve is a competent, fast worker. He can detect the issue and fix it in a very short time, even for his grandmother. The results are astounding. He customized my computer, just like the last one, so switching to Windows 7 was a breeze. Learning isn't my strong point, so he makes that easy for folk. He breaks things down into very simple steps. Pick up and delivery is free. He comes to you, and sets it up, clean like a detailed car. Computers are his babies. If you have an issue, even if it's with you fridge, or DVR, give him a call. SMILES>
