I am energized by nurturing and supporting others, so they may develop their personal power and live a more peaceful and purposeful life. I served close to 28 years in the banking world, where as a key member of management, I successfully influenced teams and guided them through changing regulatory, systematic, and cultural environments. My encouragement inspired team members to unlock their potential, and I have mentored several individuals, both formally and informally.
