Came into Dubois, WY while driving across country in our RV. The transmission decided it was time to fail us and burnt out 2nd and 3rd gears. Mike over at Bull's Conoco new we were stranded and went out of his way to help us. He diagnosed our problem, advised me of the best way to repair and most cost efficient. Not only did he get me a rebuilt transmission for a very fare price, he also installed with warranty and got me on the road as fast as he could. He constantly checked on us to assure we were informed every step of the way as well went out of his way to to assure us everything was good to go. I would highly suggest this shop to any travels who come into trouble on the road. Great service, excellent work, and very honest business.

I was stuck in the mud on a rutted forest service road in Shoshone Nat'l Forest there was rain and sleet on and off -- response time was incredibly fast, and the gentleman who assisted me was knowledgeable and professional. He got me out of my mire with impressive deftness, safety, and speed.

I have used Bull's several times. Always done a great job, and the mechanics seem to really know what they are doing in diagnosing and repairing. Great service in a remote area.

On Friday morning, August 2, 2013, we were on our way to Lander, WY when our 5th wheel broke down 20 miles outside of Dubois, WY (wheel bearing failure). We limped back into town to Bull's Service and Towing where Mike (the owner) found the part 80 miles away and came in on his day off so that we could be on our way to our nephew's wedding in Parker, CO on 8/10. He did a wonderful job and we can't thank him enough.

My motor coach recently broke down 18 miles outside of Dubois. Fortunately, I located somebody in town who gave me the phone number for Bulls. I called and spoke with Mike who showed in up in about 20 minutes. We went back to the bus, he found the problem, and ordered the part. He got left at 6:30 the next morning to drive 80 plus miles to Riverton to meet the plane at the airport and bring the part back. He picked me up and we went to make the repair. It was fixed perfectly, and Mike acted so professionaly it was outstanding service. He even called me the next day in St. Louis to make sure that the bus and myself had made it safely. Who would have thought in the middle of Wyoming that I would have found a diesel mechanic, who knew what he was doing? Many thanks to Mike for the effort he went through to get my bus back on the road, including the hours he took traveling for the part. He went above and beyond the call of duty.

Two flats in three days was rough but Mike at Bill's came to our rescue quickly and professionally. He even came out from home on Labor Day night to help us and then the next morning put on 4 new tires to make sure we had no more problems. I have nothing but good things to say about him and his service. It was rough but will Mike's help all turned out well.;
