The Buice Roofing Company replaced a full roof several years, ago, and I have experienced big leakage problems since. Early on, he did not return my calls and, now, the telephone number listed is reportedly not the company's. Very disappointing!!!!!

Job Looks Good...but watch out later! BBB rating of "F"



I hired Buice Roofing to replace a roof in 2010. In late 2011 the roof, still under warranty, began leaking. I contacted the company and Brian Buice agreed to do the warranty work. However, he never showed up and has refused to answer phone calls or respond to emails. I filed a complaint with the BBB but it has gone without response, as have at least 3 other complaints. I also filed a complaint against the company with Angie's List, but it has yet to be responded to as well.



Like I said, job looks good initially, but if problems arise it is unlikely they will be resolved by Buice Roofing.

Brian Buice put a roof on my house a year ago. I had a problem with a major leak but he was quick to come out and fix it....turned it was not a result of his work. I have now sprung another leak around a bathroom vent. I have called Brian multiple times over the last 2 months and he still to this day has NOT gotten back to me. If you want an invoice or receipt...make sure you get it at the time the work is complete otherwise it will take "forever" to get one.
