If I could rate the staff at Broadway Vet Clinic with ten big gold stars, it still wouldn't be enough! I have been in contact with receptionists, technicians and doctors there regarding their exceptional care and compassion for a poor little abandoned cat whose future would have been very grim without them. I have been treated with genuine friendliness and professional attitudes from each individual with whom I spoke. In my own experience and opinion, these people truly care about their patients. Dr. Carroll had been my vet for many years and he has always shown great skill and compassion for his furry patients. Dixie could not have been in better hands...all of them. Thank you BVC!
I would recommend this clinic highly. I have been taking my dog there for 8 years and always received excellent care. My dog has had several surgeries including a neuter, tooth extraction, and several lump removals and he has always been covered for pain control and antibiotics. The staff has always been very caring. I have come to pick him up unannounced and seen the technicians in the back carrying him around in blankets so he didn't have to sit in a cage alone. I have also seen 3 out of the 4 vets and they have all been wonderful and patient. I will continue to use BVC and recommend that you do to!
I have seen employees SLAPPING dogs across the face for not cooperating. They are always yelling at difficult pets in the back treatment area instead of trying to calm them. They are not always completely sterile with all their tools and utensils. They are not worried about your pets pain after surgery and rarely send you home with medications. They do not always intubate the pets when performing surgeries, only sedate them so they are waking up and feeling the pain towards the end. With the exception of a couple of doctors I would not trust a single person in that place to handle ANY of my pets. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE!
