i can go on about the terrible customer service, the lack of professionalism and the lack of basic communication i've experienced at this shop, but i'd rather sum it up in two words...

NEVER AGAIN! I'm glad for those who had a positive experience but i just didn't see it. i'm required to give a rating just to post this.

We have taken our SUV to Briarwood twice and both times have been impressed by the people and the work here. We will continue to use them for any future repairs on our vehicle. The prices are fair, work is outstanding and customer service is great!

A good honest repair center is so hard to find, but everytime my wife takes her car to Briarwood, she is treated fairly and the work is done with quick turnaround. These guys are old school...if it aint broke, don't fix it!!!
