      Bradley Inspection Services was founded in 2004 by Bradley Yunker. Bradley is a well experienced inspector with a strong knowledge of building design and safety. He also serves as a career firefighter, further improving his knowledge of structure and safety through his advanced fire training. This inspection service was designed with the client in mind. "The Quality and Safety of your home is our goal!" Our inspection service checks all systems from the roof to the foundation, searching for defective items and any safety issues that are not in good standard.       Do not waste your money with this company.They performed a house inspection prior to me buying and gave me a list of problems.Needless to say their list is very short to what the actual problems were. they only listed 2 leaks for faucets.Guess shutoff valves (6) that drip dont count. Both bathroom showers leak.Major plumbing issues under the house some that were not identified So after having a certified plumber come out and identify the issues Brad sent his brother out who is a plumber to check it out and discredit everything pretty sure you do not need me to explain how that went that. Other issues my AC does not stop running ever. The report says I have 12 inches of blown in Insulation. So after doing research I should have had a min of 19 inches So I actually check the attic area and I have no clue what kind of tape measure was used but if you have 2x6 joist in the ceiling and you can see every single one of them then in no way is that 12 inches. So now having to get that fixed
