I have to honestly say Bob was a very knowledgeable and explain what the problem was with my refrigerator . He fixed the problem on the spot , explained what he was going to do to solve the problem. And was very fair on the price, had to give him a tip . I will always recommend Bob . Great job Bob!

Bob took time to spend with me on the phone helping me to find a solution to my problem with a Samsung Front Loading washer. He also did some internet research to help me with the problem, all on his own time. Great Job, Bob.

Our fridge went out very late on Sat, Memorial Day weekend. Called BOB, left message on Sunday. He called back promptly. Was at our house at 10AM this Memorial Day Monday! One hour later, the refrigerator was back working. He explained in detail what had happened, how he fixed it. Too cool!
