I am not impressed with Bob's one bit. He came out to my house to service our range microwave from LG because it stopped working and LG sent them as it was under warranty. It was beginning of December and he said the parts wouldn't be in until the week after Christmas because it was a busy time of year. NO BIG DEAL, I was just happy it was getting fixed. Anyways, here we are 2 weeks into FEBRUARY and I haven't heard anything so I call Bob's and inquire about it. The man calls back and abruptly says "We no longer do business with LG, you need to call them and have them send someone else out to fix it." REALLY?! They couldn't have called me back in December to let me know this? Pretty crappy!! The shame is that they are local and if he had shown courtesy of a phone call we could have used them for other issues not only in our home but business as well.

Called and relayed problem on used wall oven.. he said repair would cost between $300 and $350... Stops by to read id #, looks up the part on my computer and then says it is $550! Then says I owe hem $80 for the service call! You have to be kidding me.. Then he storms off swearing at me saying "Good luck.. I am the only guy in Maine...." If he is I will just order new appliances.. cheaper than having him repair things... and more professional!

Called on a Monday came on Tuesday, called early on Tuesday to give us a window and showed up during that window of time. Very professional, knowledgeable and polite. Fixed our problem with our Bosch Dryer. Will call again if we have any additional appliance issues.
