      Blythe Mechanical Inc was established in 1904, and was among the first plumbing and piping contractors to service the Pacific Northwest. Blythe has with stood the test of time, surviving the depression and other economic downturns and has prospered and grown for over a century to be a full service mechanical contractor. We believe that lasting and valued relationships we have with our clients are the foundation of our success. Our continued goal is to exceed our client's expectations on every project by combining state of the art technical skills with a solid base of project management. We are proud to offer the following services to our existing and prospective customers. * engineering and CAD Services * LEED certified design * plumbing and piping * airside mechanical / HVAC * commercial and industrial refrigeration We are proud to offer maintenance services. * commercial and residential services * preventative maintenance Blythe offers a preventative maintenance and service program for all equipment sold by our company, as well as for existing mechanical equipment in our customers facilities. We believe that maintaining and servicing HVAC, commercial refrigeration, and other mechanical systems reduces energy costs and the potential for expensive repairs. Preventative maintenance contracts are tailored to the needs of each facility and owner. We typically perform a thorough 14-point check on HVAC equipment, in addition to changing filters. The frequency of service averages two times per year but varies with client needs. Many commercial and industrial clients utilize our preventative maintenance program for all of their service work. While other clients perform minor service themselves and use Blythe only for the more technical equipment and difficult repairs.
