General Info

I provide dog behavior training and education to help you learn to live more comfortably and enjoyably with your canine companions. If you have read books, asked friends, searched online, tried and tried to learn to live peacefully with your dog then maybe it is time to try another approach. Many dog owners believe that their dog will be the dog that cannot be helped. In fact, you are right! It has been my experience that the dog is usually not the one that needs most of the help- it's the owner! As owners we love our dogs and want to provide food, shelter, love and companionship for our dogs. However, often times we are not fulfilling our dog's needs IN THE RIGHT ORDER. Dogs need all of those things but they also need direction, exercise, rules and to be indentified first as animals, then dogs and then as "our dog".
