I've been to several collision repair centers in my life and all and all have always had a good experience. But after dealing with bluebonnet I could honestly say that it was the best. Great people and very good quality. My 2015 f-150 was in rough shape when I dropped it off on monday. The service writers told me it could take about a week which really seemed to good to be true. I was even more suprised when they called me on Wednesday saying it was completed. It was shocking that they did such a good job in such a short time. Would recommend them to everyone I know.

Just got my F150 back from them and it looks better then when I dropped it off. I had hail damage on my vehicle and someone hit me from the rear. They fixed both repairs and they came out great! It did take longer then I expected but the staff kept me updated and explained why. I didn't have an issue when it was explained to me. Thanks Blue bonnet

Where do I start...
They promised my vehicle would be repaired in 3 weeks. 3 weeks came and went. I had to contact the manager and light a fire under their a** to get them to even start working on the vehicle (yea, 3 weeks gone and they hadn't even started on it yet). At 6 weeks, I was told they still needed 2 MORE WEEKS!! Finally at 8 weeks they wanted to hand over my vehicle BUT there were still MAJOR issues not fixed. So, another 2 weeks go by before I finally got to drive my vehicle away from that nightmare of a place. I lost track of the phone calls and excuses. DO NOT UNDER ANY circumstances ever take your car here to get it repaired UNLESS you LIKE having to make phone calls, light fires under peoples a**es and don't need your vehicle back for 3 months. If you think this is an isolated incident, think again, it isn't. Every time I had to go down there to check on my vehicle there was always someone else PISSED OFF that their car was not done or done wrong. BEWARE!!
