Hired this company to redo deck and resurface gunite pool in the spring of 2009. The deck was in very rough shape, but was assured it would hold up after all the work they were doing. The pool was in ok shape, although the waterline tile was deteriorating. The knock down finish on the deck was rough and sharp at places. The finish of the pool is rough and streaky and looks stained. To add insult to injury, the decking and pool cracked during our cold winter and I called in March '10 to have everything repaired (as they give only a year guarantee). Was assured they would be here within two weeks for repairs so I could use the pool. It is October 9, 2010 and am getting ready to close the pool. Still no repairs, calls or attempts to right their wrongs. Quite charming young man. But he may as well be selling snake oil.
